Staying here was just sheer delight, if you ignore the inconvenient lack of food options and coffee. And when I woke up at 2:30am in excruciating pain, I simply expected them to handle it with grace, not silence. A suite upgrade for the trouble woudl ve been expected, but no, they just dismissed me like some sort of regular guest. Just couldn’t give a good review.

The outdoor pool was a gem for lounging under the sun!
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by significant issues. First, despite the beautiful surroundings, the lack of nearby food options became a real inconvenience, as we had limited choices for meals without a car. while we enjoyed the dinner served at the hotel, I was taken aback by the staff's unhelpfulness in addressing concerns when we needed assistance, leaving us feeling isolated and unsupported during our stay.

The suite was incredible with air conditioning and a private garden. So comfy with a flat-screen TV, minibar, and free toiletries. The heated outdoor pool was perfect for relaxation. Staff was so attentive, especially Chiara who made breakfast special with fresh juices. Everything was spotless and had a charming atmosphere.

Arenella charms 🌸
Staying here felt like a delightful escape. The garden was stunning with its fragrant flowers, and the brekkie area was just so cozy. Plus, we really appreciated the personal touch from the staff. Ms. Pascarelli made us feel right at home, connecting everyone so we all could chill together.
The only thing was, options for dinner nearby were a bit limited, but the food on-site was really something special.
